For production and procurement teams

Supplier offers beside your own database.

Buyers need current prices, stock, and lead times. An agent collects published offers under your rules, stores the results in your infrastructure, and sends selected fields to an approved database for comparison.

Supplier offers, product boxes, and a server with the company's database

Your internal catalog stays inside

Internal SKUs, demand, and contract terms live in your purchasing system. Collect external offers in a separate table on your side and match them against internal records within your own processing workflow.

Turn a task into a process

Start with a small sample. Then control the rules, frequency, and result.

Choose external fields

Select catalogs and save supplier SKU, sales unit, packaging, price, availability, and check time.

Connect an approved database

An administrator allows the exact recipient address. Add a connection on the agent with access only to the required schema or collection.

Match inside the company

Verify exports and let your system process them. Compare packages and terms, leaving purchasing decisions with the responsible specialist.

What gets easier

Collection, storage, and delivery become one clear workflow.

Keep your internal reference data

External collection does not require uploading the company's entire catalog and contract terms to the platform.

Regular results

The agent follows its configured schedule and stores collected record history locally.

Controlled delivery

The recipient, write permissions, and backups are agreed with the database administrator rather than changing incidentally with an export.

Results stay in your system.

Use your database through a suitable connector, local files, or a handler in your environment. For private recipients, an administrator configures approved network access or an SSH tunnel.

Before starting

How should storage be arranged?

The database address and its permissions must be allowed on the agent side. Network reachability alone does not grant access. Do not put internal reference data or secrets in scenario code or logs.

How data is separated
What should be agreed in advance?
  • Units of measure and matching keys
  • Exact database address and minimum write permissions
  • Rules for missing and stale offers
Does the agent place ERP orders itself?

In this workflow, it prepares data for a configured recipient. Your purchasing system and policies determine matching, approval, and ordering.

What happens if the platform is unavailable?

The agent continues schedules already synchronized under the last accepted configuration. It receives new settings and commands after connectivity returns.

Test your workflow on one source.

First confirm that data reaches the intended recipient. Then add a schedule and more sources.
