Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026. This revision applies to a user after it is made available and, where required, accepted.

1. Parties and scope

Жужгов Роман Алексеевич, registered in Russian Federation, registration details Taxpayer ID (INN) 590618061494; individual applying the professional income tax regime (the Provider), provides access to Akmelo, a software service for configuring, performing, storing, and delivering the results of automated data processing. The User is the person accepting these terms or an organization represented by a duly authorized person. Age and legal capacity requirements: Users may independently enter into an agreement and use the service from age 18. Use by a person under 18 requires a separate arrangement with a legal representative and a check of applicable requirements..

Access to features depends on the plan and the functions actually available. The Service provides a processing tool; it does not separately grant the right to access a third-party source or use its materials. Support for a source or a successful request does not imply the rights holder's permission.

2. Entering into the agreement

The current revision is accepted through an explicit confirmation in the prescribed form or by signing a separate agreement. The form links to the revisions being accepted, and the acceptance option is initially unselected. Clicking “Accept terms and continue” after selecting it is recorded on the account with the versions and list of documents, time, and confirmed actions. Working features are unavailable before acceptance; reading the documents and signing out remain available. Simply viewing pages in the legal section does not mean accepting the terms. Free access does not require the purchase of paid services. A payment obligation arises only when the service, price, and available payment method have been agreed.

The Acceptable Use Policy, Payment Terms, and Automated Assistant Terms form part of the agreement. Reading the complaints procedure, provider details, Cookie Policy, and terms for processing on a client's instructions does not replace a separate agreement for a specific instruction or authorize processing third-party data. The Personal Data Processing Policy explains the relevant processing and does not itself constitute consent to it. Any consent required is obtained separately.

3. Tasks and rights

The User determines the sources, purpose, scope, frequency of collection, and recipients of results, and checks the legal basis and applicable restrictions, including obligations toward website owners. Use of the automated assistant does not remove this duty. The User manages the authority of members of their workspace, safeguards access credentials, and reports compromise to support@insoweb.ru.

Rights to the Service remain with their respective owners. For the term of the agreement, the User receives a non-exclusive right to use the available features for their intended purpose. The User retains any rights they already have in their materials and permits the Provider to process, store, and deliver them as needed to perform the task, without acquiring rights to third-party source materials. Collection results do not become free of third-party rights.

4. Quality and liability

Sources may change, restrict access, or return incomplete information. Automatic results should be checked before material decisions. These limitations do not remove the Provider's liability for its own violations or mandatory statutory protections.

Each party is responsible for its actions under applicable law. The User compensates documented losses caused by a breach of their contractual duties where the legal grounds, causal link, and amount are established. There is no automatic recovery of any sum claimed by a third party. The agreement does not transfer administrative or criminal liability or limit third-party rights.

5. Restrictions and termination

Where there are signs of a violation, a security threat, a binding request from a competent authority, or a substantiated complaint, the Provider may proportionately restrict the disputed task, source, or access and request an explanation. Where possible, it provides the reason and a way to appeal; urgent protective action may be taken before notice. Remaining funds and obligations are handled under the Payment Terms and law, without automatic forfeiture.

Tasks executed on the Provider's resources undergo security review under the Acceptable Use Policy. An automated signal holds the particular cloud run pending review and does not itself establish a violation. Three separate violations confirmed by staff during the preceding 365 days result in restrictions on cloud working features. Repeated submission of one case does not replace confirmation of three separate violations. A case counted in error and overturned is excluded, and access is reassessed.

The User receives notice explaining the measure. Account status allows the User to submit an appeal, view its status, and read the staff response. Review is completed within 30 calendar days after receipt, or sooner if the law requires a shorter period. Access to appeals, documents, necessary contractual information, and security features remains available while cloud work is restricted. Reading or closing a notice does not admit a violation.

Links between accounts, a browser, and verified sign-in information are used to investigate possible circumvention in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. A technical match is not proof of identity and cannot be the sole ground for restricting another account. Advance cloud code review does not apply to execution entirely on the client's resources. Legal requirements, protection of the Provider's infrastructure, and the conditions of cloud features actually used remain applicable.

6. Changes and disputes

When a new revision is published, the User receives notice identifying the changed documents. Explicit acceptance of the current terms is required before work continues. Informational documents remain available through separate links. Reading the notice or failing to respond does not count as acceptance. Material changes are communicated before they apply. They do not retroactively change services already delivered or reduce mandatory rights. Enquiries: support@insoweb.ru. Governing law: the laws of the Russian Federation. Dispute forum: A claim may first be sent through support. If no agreement is reached, a competent court hears the dispute under Russian law. Consumers retain any statutory choice of venue.. These terms are subject to mandatory rules and the consumer's right to protections and jurisdiction provided by law.
