Information About the Provider and the Service

The country of development describes where the product was created. It does not replace the Provider's country of registration, the place where data is processed, applicable law, or any required government registrations. Stating a country of development does not by itself establish that the software is listed in a government register or confer any special legal status.
2. What Akmelo provides
Akmelo provides software functions for configuring sources, running tasks, processing, storing, and delivering results. Available functions depend on the current version, plan, and any separate order. Public registration, when available, does not imply that every user task has been legally reviewed in advance.
Information about a supported website, a demonstration of results, or the technical execution of a request does not establish the source owner's consent. Check the applicable legal basis and restrictions before using data. A procedure for rights infringement claims is available for disputed cases.
3. Documents and enquiries
The relationship is governed by the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Personal Data Processing Policy, Payment and Refund Terms, Automated Assistant Terms, and Cookie Policy. Processing data on behalf of a corporate client additionally requires an agreed description of that processing; the general document does not replace it.
Use support@insoweb.ru or the support form to contact us. Provide a reply address, describe the issue, and include any account, task, or payment identifiers needed to investigate it. Do not send a password, access keys, or unnecessary personal data. Mandatory response periods depend on the type of enquiry and applicable law. Any statutory method of serving a formal notice remains available, as does contacting a competent authority.
4. Governing law and territorial matters
The contractual governing law is the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes are handled in A claim may first be sent through support. If no agreement is reached, a competent court hears the dispute under Russian law. Consumers retain any statutory choice of venue.. Mandatory rules and consumer rights remain in force regardless of the parties' contractual choice. A Russian-language interface or access from another country does not establish compliance with every local legal regime.
The Personal Data Processing Policy describes where data is stored and provides the required information about recipients. Information required by law is supplied regardless of the protection of commercial or technical information. If the Provider, contact details, or material terms change, an updated revision is published. Earlier contractual obligations are handled under the applicable rules.
