The scenario completed without an error, but far fewer products appeared than expected. Check several possibilities first: it visited only the first page, a filter excluded items, or the run stopped before covering the full catalog.
Compare the resulting records with the log of processed pages. Begin with one product that should be present but is missing.
Check the run status and limits
Open the run details. Confirm that it finished fully rather than stopping, being canceled, or hitting a resource limit. A partial result can contain correct records without representing the entire catalog.
If you are looking at a trial preview, remember that trial limits apply. It checks logic and need not show every item.
Then inspect the scenario's selected categories, search depth, product list, and filter conditions. Sometimes the result follows the settings exactly while the original expectation was broader.
Trace movement between pages
Find the sequence of URLs or requests in the page log. Did the page number change? Were the responses different? Is there evidence that processing reached the next part of the listing?
A successful HTTP status does not prove progress. A source may return the previous page, an empty list, or a service message. Compare the content, not only the response code.
The diagram outlines four checks: selection conditions, page transitions, logs, and resulting products.

See what happened to the products found
If the relevant pages were read, check field extraction and processing rules. Records may have failed validation, missed a filter, or merged under the same key.
Compare several products visible in the response with the resulting table. If variants share one key, the final row count may shrink without a network error.
Fix one cause at a time and verify it on a small sample. After changing pagination, for example, check two adjacent pages and confirm that they contain different products.
The run documentation explains page logs. Compare your matching rule with the product identity guide.
