Subscription and Balance

Free lets you try the system with a limited number of resources and budget. For regular use, choose a plan based on your number of sources, processing volume, AI use, and team size. Annual payment does not remove monthly limits.

Payments

Open Balance and plan or Settings → Subscription. Review a plan's details, choose a period, and select any available additional resources. When YooKassa is connected, you can pay in the application. Test store payments are clearly marked and do not charge real money.

Check the workspace before paying: funds and subscriptions belong to the selected workspace. A top-up does not increase the allowed number of sites, scenarios, or members, or the data storage allocation. When additional spending is enabled, the general balance pays for processing, browser use, and AI after the included budget runs out. You can stop or cap that spending in plan settings.

On Free, you can create one site and up to three scenarios, with 100 MB for data. Without a top-up, trial limits apply to time and record counts. With money on the balance, you can repeat runs as long as there is enough money and space for data. Self-hosted agents are unavailable on Free, including the trial period. Adding funds pays for processing, AI, and CAPTCHA checks but does not enable agents.

Adding funds and subscribing

Choose Add funds, enter any amount from RUB 15 with up to two decimal places, and provide a receipt email. Enter payment details only on the YooKassa page. To buy a plan, select its period and options, then pay by card or from your balance.

Workspace owners can enable a separate, unchecked automatic renewal option for monthly plans. The form shows the monthly amount and cancellation instructions. Renewal starts only after the payment method is successfully saved. Cancel it in Balance and plan at any time; your paid access remains until the end of the period. A failed renewal disables future automatic charges, so the next period must be paid manually.

Unfinished payments remain on the balance page. Check their status before creating another payment. A platform operator can request a refund to the original payment method.

Receipts

Bank payment confirmation and receipt issuance have separate statuses. If the seller uses Russia's professional income tax regime (NPD), receipts are issued manually in My Tax. The payment page shows whether issuance is pending or an operator has confirmed registration and delivery. You can open the recorded receipt link there. After a refund, the operator separately confirms the income adjustment; a bank refund does not replace it. Test payments do not create real tax documents.

Checking history

Compare the credit with the workspace balance and transaction history. Task expenses appear separately from balance credits in the transaction log.

Automatic renewal and changes to an active configuration are available only to the extent offered by the interface. Do not assume a hidden automatic charge.

How limits work

AI transaction history shows charges, refunds, reservations, and links to related tasks. The remaining balance belongs to your workspace. Internal AI service settings and provider account information are not included in the history.

Automated website checks

Supported CAPTCHAs use the included processing budget. Once it is exhausted, the shared balance is used only when additional spending is enabled and within the monthly spending limit. A separate check quota also applies.

The maximum amount is reserved before a task starts. Once a completed answer and its cost are confirmed, the actual cost plus a service markup is charged and the unused reserve is released. Unsolvable tasks are not charged. Unknown results or costs remain reserved until reconciliation. A completed answer that the website rejects may still be charged because obtaining it already incurred a cost. These transactions appear as CAPTCHA checks in the history.

Open the CAPTCHA tab in Balance and plan to see prices by type, usage, and the remaining check allowance. Prices are shown per 1,000 for comparison; each check is charged individually. “Up to” means the reservation cap. After the plan allowance, checks continue from the general balance if funds are available and extra spending is enabled. No separate package is needed.

CAPTCHA checks per period: Free 3, Lite 20, Start 50, Pro 700, Business 1,750, Enterprise 7,000. Checks use the processing budget first, then the general balance.

CAPTCHA spending limits

Open Set spending limits on the CAPTCHA tab to set a separate maximum for each type. Enter rubles per 1,000 checks; each check is still charged separately. An empty field keeps the automatic limit. 0 disables new paid checks of that type.

If your limit is lower than the required reservation, no paid task is started. A low value can stop these checks entirely, even within the displayed price range. Raising the limit does not itself raise the price: confirmed costs are charged within the reservation. Changes apply to future tasks in the current workspace. Tasks already started keep their previously agreed reservation.

CAPTCHA

CAPTCHA setup and API: automatic handling, opt-out, site hints, agents and verification. User guide and prices.

Explicit tasks created by ctx.captcha() use the same workspace allowance, spending limits and balance. Catalog lookups and quotes do not create a task. The current price catalog includes explicit task types as well as browser-handled types; catalog availability does not enable automatic browser handling. Explicit API.
