Troubleshooting

Access denied or resource not found

Check the workspace, your role, and access to the site. For API requests, check which workspace owns the key. Replacing a number in the URL cannot grant access to someone else's resource.

The site appears empty

The source may need JavaScript, a region selection, or a dialog to be closed. Open it in the server-side browser and wait for its content. Check that the snapshot is from the right URL rather than an error or redirect page.

Only the first catalog page was collected

Check pagination, category links, a load-more button, and the site's API requests. The number of visible cards may differ from the total product count. The fix needs to cover the entire traversal, not just field extraction from one card.

A run does not start

Check the queue, selected agent, concurrency limits, and budget. Avoid creating duplicate runs. For an automatic task, check the schedule's time zone and pause status.

An export is not what you expected

First check the source records. Then inspect the saved schema and processing mode, format options, filters, and endpoint page. A preview of five records does not show the whole catalog. A recipient may need to reset its cursor after a structural change.

Limit error despite a positive balance

Check additional spending, the monthly cap, reservations, and quantity limits. The limits guide explains them in detail.

What to send when asking for help

Provide a link to the resource, a run or export identifier, the time with its time zone, expected and actual results, error text, and a safe data excerpt. Remove passwords, tokens, and personal data from screenshots and logs.
