Workspaces, Teams, and Permissions
The bottom of the sidebar shows the current workspace: your personal space or a team. Each workspace has its own sites, data, balance, and subscription. Check the selected workspace before creating something; a resource is not shared with every team automatically.
Personal workspace
Your own resources live here. There is no Team menu item. AI chats are private, so there is no visibility selector. To work together, create a team through the workspace switcher and invite colleagues.
Teamwork
Access within a team depends on a person's role and, where applicable, permissions for individual sites. Permission to read a section does not imply permission to change it. The owner manages the workspace; other members receive the permissions they need.
Before inviting someone, decide whether they need to view results, maintain scenarios, start collections, configure integrations, or manage billing. Check the plan's member limit. Removing a person from a team ends their access; their external API keys for that team stop working.
Shared and private chats
A new team chat is shared by default with members who have AI access. Select the private option when creating a private chat. Do not put passwords or keys in messages; keep credentials in the settings of the connection intended for them.
Why a resource will not open
It may have been deleted, belong to another workspace, or be unavailable under your role. The server checks access independently of the interface buttons. A Not found response may conceal a resource belonging to someone else: guessing its identifier does not grant access.
