Connecting 1C-Bitrix: Site Management
The module is for 1C-Bitrix: Site Management. It is not an integration with Bitrix24 CRM. Start with a store backup and a small catalog check.
Prepare an export
Create a 1C-Bitrix export, inspect the JSON, and map the identifier, product code, name, price, and stock. Reliable updates need a stable product key. Do not change it between runs. If you need to handle deletions, check the _deleted flag and the selected import policy.
Connect the store
Under Getting data, download the installable module and follow the instructions for placing it in Bitrix's module directory. Install it through the administration interface. Enter the endpoint address, token, information block, field paths, and price and stock settings. Store the token in server-side module settings, not in client-side JavaScript.
Begin with a small page size. First verify that a few products are created. Then import the same data again: it should update products rather than multiply them. Check zero prices, zero stock, missing fields, and products withdrawn from sale separately. Store settings may interpret these cases differently.
Before automating
Make sure the store server can reach the platform over HTTPS and the import processes every page. Save the cursor only after a successful write. Do not delete products solely because they are missing from one page.
Check compatibility with your store version, modules, and information block settings on a test copy. An installation ZIP alone does not mean your particular store configuration has been verified.
